Nice outdoor setup there. I am thinking pork chops is on the agenda today and at 2 degrees outside I think maybe I will actually dirty a skillet for inside cooking. The beauty of skillet, flour dredged fried pork chops is the gravy just like grandma made with the little crunchy bits on the bottom of the skillet. Make a puppy pull a freight train getting to that plate.
