you should have constant hot on pins 20 and 57 of the blue connector. Ignition hot on pins 19 and 75 blue. and 8 seperate ground wires. B 1-24-27-40-64-67, G 1-40.

The way you described testing pins 19 and 20 in your first post makes it seem like you didnt get all those wires.

Also your oicture doesnt seem to be working.
