Wow Liz i didnt see this till after my last post. I am going to leave it alone seeings you are getting aggitated, my appologies, that was not my motive at all. Again my appologies i was just saying things the way i saw them but again i could be 100% incorrect. There might be some details i am missing buts its all good lets just move on now and help these members/ CPP customers get there issues rectified.
