THANKFULLY, cash for clunkers was only like '82 and up vehicles. I believe it was the first year of epa fuel mileage ratings, otherwise how would they officially determine your mileage sucks enough to qualify for the program, know wutta mean? Have fun with jetting
I'm getting headers soon and know I will have fun with my quadrajet tuning. It's freshly rebuilt, and runs perfect with stock manifolds (slighty richer than stock for my duals, egr+air injection removal, and velocity stack) but being me I HAVE to go and change it.
