Yes, it's 299 where it crosses the Trinity River at Cedar Flat (between Weaverville and Willow Creek). This wreck was on a relatively straight section of highway and I don't know what caused it. If I find out, I'll post it here.
EDIT: Found another pic of the scene. You can see the helo with a full dip bucket lifting up from the river.
