For those cam choices I personally would chose the XE262.

For your intended usage, IMO aluminum heads aren't what you NEED.
The intake is 185cc, but might make the motor feel lazy till you get the port volume up. The aluminum heads will dissipate heat faster and dispense that heat under the hood, which may promote vapor lock with todays fuel.
When gm did aluminum heads on the L98, they used 60cc chambers , 163 intake runners, and put it in a sports car so the airflow could help the cooling.
