I could be mistaken, but I don't think GM ever used any of those AMP / TE connectors as factory equipment. The one RockAuto is offering is basically just a replacement that will fit the application.

According to the factory wiring diagrams, the washer pump connector originally used Packard/Delphi (now Aptiv) 56-series female terminals in a #2973781 housing.
