99 to Life,
I don't know all the details, but I would say the stock crossmember is there for mockup to keep things rigid and will be removed. The bags will be inboard of the frame rails and on the back side of the axle. Everything could line up as low as the bottom of the running boards, as the bottom of the frame is not the lowest point. But Nate hasn't giving me all the details only pictures. As I know more, so will you. I know he has a plan, but like any good plan changes will be made for the best result without sacrificing function or safety.

How's your build coming along?
