Daze is right, all you need is something that allows the cable to change direction with out rubbing. I spend a lot of time wandering thru the "good" hardware stores just looking at the different things that might be repurposed. Bicycles, motorcycles, lawnmowers, weight benches, etc. all have pulleys that would work, bracket is a simple angle with a stepped bolt for the pulley. There should be two holes in the frame just behind the master cylinder.
