Well I figured it was time to update my thread with the little progress that I've made.

These pictures cover removing the body from the frame one last time. The idea is I will disassemble the frame and get it ready for paint. I also want to take the body and get the inside and door jams sandblasted. I plan the leave the outside as is for now.

I also finished my hidden hitch. I started with a hitch that was too narrow with huge mounting plates because it was a class 4 hitch. I chopped off the mounting plates. Then I picked up some 2 1/2 square tube to slide into the original hitch to make it the desired width that I needed. I then made some mounting tabs. The last step was to make a receiver/license plate mount. I wanted it to follow the curve of the rear bumper to flow a little better.
