anyone need a longbed s10 roller or 2.5L engine?
I see there is no specific S10 for sale section on the site - so forgive me if I am posting this in the wrong place.
I have the ability to buy a 1988 S10 longbed - all I want out of it is the transmission for my 1950 project. Before I pull the trigger on buying it I'm looking to see if anyone (would probably have to be local to the Philadelphia/S. Jersey area) needs/wants a rolling chassis, or a running 2.5L engine (100K miles).
If I had a partner who was seriously interested in the rolling chassis, I'd go ahead and buy the truck. Then I'd list any other parts that may be useable - I haven't seen the truck myself but the seller says the body is rough (but the frame is straight and solid).
I would be looking for $400/obo for the roller and $200/obo for the engine.
