Running that converter is guaranteed you will overheat the transmission fluid. I didn't do the math on your setup , but I estimate you will be around 2000 RPM in overdrive at 60 miles per hour. that converter will be slipping like crazy and the lockup is not strong enough to hold it. You have an excellent setup otherwise, as far as the cam, gear ratio and tire height. Just get a stock converter.

edit; @ 60 MPH your engine RPM will be just above 1700 RPM
