Both are good castings the 906 actually flow a little better I believe but its minimul at best. Both these heads are used on dirt crate motors and the 906 are put on the limited latemodel motors and the 062 are on the modifieds ones rated at 400 and the other 350 hp. Either way I think you'll be fine.
