Thanks! Got the new rag joint and installed it...fit like a glove - glad I didn't try and smash the other one on! Just sorting out the steering column and associated parts now..... gotta say, it's a hell of a disadvantage not being a mechanic or having the knowledge from disassembling the parts! No worries though, I'll figure it out
