They had me send over pictures. They did not have an adjuster within 200 miles of where the accident happened.
The reason they called it a total loss is because of the dead engine. 6.5's with electrical issues can be a quagmire to fix. It was a no start but was not throwing any codes at us. Anyone who has delt with a 6.5 much can tell you that is going to be tough to fix.
