The transmission is a TH350. I like the gear change a lot. It was hell towing a 6000 lb car/trailer combination with 3.07 gears. It is a lot peppier too. If I didn't want to haul heavy loads or pull heavy things the 3.07s would have been fine, but they absolutely sucked when trying to work the truck hard.
