14 months since making this post, and yesterday I received the missing parts. This was by virtue of a
superb example of customer service... by
Porterbuilt... to whom I've never even spent a penny with! He picked up on my grumblings in another thread (that pointed back to this one), and communicated with both me and ART to resolve the issue.
