I agree. No different than an LS swap. It may look different than the factory setup but it will work. You may need to fab a bracket or two. Just be very careful you do not hang up the linkage somehow. No, "it will be ok", because it won't be ok at the worst possible time.
I would love to find a CC package somewhere. I just need to start looking I guess. Not too many junk yards around here and everything is newer than 1995 it seems.
