As mentioned above DD has a BIM module that connects to the ODBII port or CAN bus and relays most sensor info the PCM receives to the DD gauges.

I have a 5.3 with Holley Terminator X and didn’t need the sensors from the DD kit since all sensor data goes through the PCM to the BIM module.
