Hello. Ive always had good service through Summit. This is my first upset with them, but its been a couple years since ive bought from them. I bought a rebuild kit for a 402. The kit listed but with better pistons. Anyhow I received the kit and a few days ago called to let them know the timing chain and oil pump shaft did not come with the kit. In the overview they claim it does. They told me it doesn't come with and its a typo. 3 days later its still on there listed with these items. The customer service rep told me she could sell them to me at a discounted price. I told her the point is that they advertise it with the parts, so why would I buy them. I was going to let it go but 3 days later theyre still selling the kit advertised with the parts. Chaps me a little. If you order this kit or a similar kit go to Federal Mogul to see what parts are with it.
