I also had to move the front track forward a little farther forward at the bottom than stated to get it to roll up and down right. Also, I only used half of it, and I still have half the piece left over from lengthening the track if anyone needs it.

good idea using the masonite first..think im gonna try that...and dibs on the channel..getting ready to do my windows and it would help..
