Good news!! I was able to rebuild the Rochester Monojet carburetor and put it all back in and boom it lives... however when I go to apply and gas it immediately dies. Also the carb has starting to spit fuel out of the top. But while its running its getting a good idle and seems to be working but I cannot rev up in rpm.

The issues:
engine temp went over 210 - has water
carb is spitting gas every now and then
no throttle response and then dies

Still needs more cleaning but I was able to clean a good portion of the back gunk and now it shows its good old orange self.
