Not much real progress to report. But do have a few things. Have continued taking apart the Blazer, most of it is done. Also have been restoring the bolts, what a tedious job that is, along the way. Here is some of the work, mid way, still need to treat them. All the bolts will end up black. The last one on the bottom right is what I started with. Have been doing all the bolts I can save on the Blazer.



Also, today I went to pick up the engine I plane to use for the build, it's a 1972 350ci SBC w/ 4 bolt main. It was complete, all original, and supposedly had around 70,000 original miles. Came off a Pepsi delivery truck. Will tare it down and have the block checked, then start the build.







Oh, I will not be needing the clutch and fly wheel if anyone is interested. Not sure if these originals are sought after.
