18436572 is correct.
The first thing that comes to mind is do you have it on TDC of the compression stroke or the exhaust stroke.
You could turn it over checking for compression coming out of the number one spark plug hole and see if when you get it to TDC the distributor rotor is pointing to number 1 or to number 6 cylinder on the distributor cap.
