It really upsets me that people are so quick to judge. I'll admit, I'm guilty of it too, but I've learned to give the other person the benefit of the doubt until all the facts are known. Even though I know this, it's still hard to do! Some people want everything NOW and can't imagine why the world won't conform to their needs. This isn't a flame on the new guy, I'm speaking of people in general.
