I once bought a Transmission from a shop on the other side of the country.
Un-crated it, installed it, adjusted it and drove it. ...It didn't shift correctly.
I called the shop that built the trans and they were more than happy to take care of it.
"Just remove the transmission, crate it up and ship it back to us (I pay shipping). We'd be more than happy to take a look at it, we'll pay return shipping. I sold that stupid truck (at a loss) with a goofy shifting transmission.
Now---> I got a guy named Randy that works on my slush boxes. He's a nice guy, he's honest and a hard worker.
Most importantly, his shop is 10 blocks from my house. If my trans doesn't work properly, I just go see Randy and he takes care of it .
I suggest you find a "Randy"
