I cant help you with the numbers off it, but, there used to be one of those in a quasi-junkyard in Central Mass... it was a garage of sorts that would work on the older trucks (and cars) and always seemed to have a couple square bodies around being parted and fixed up... bought a cab and some sheetmetal off them once. It was rusty although not as bad as this one, but for a while they were trying to sell the camper body off it, unsure if they ever did...

If you were trying to figure out where and when any met their demise.. dunno, just thought I'd toss it out there as I'm sure the truck is long gone...
