Just wait and find one with the gear ratio you want. If you were considering regearing, that would be the time though. Rear axles from square bodies are not bolt in however, the spring and shock mounts must be moved.
Unless it’s a 1ton single rear wheel. That is a bolt in minus 1 shock mount.
