Hey man, take a peek on lt1swap web page. There are tons of wiring schematics and lots and lots of info on that page. I wish i could help further but have no idea what that connector is for. Cant wait to see more progress.

As far as tying into your factory harness, the last one i swapped i used the 86 sensors in adapters in the ls engine so i didnt have any gauge issues.
