you can get away with that style venting ,I assume its ok because its a recreational cabin , if you had better pictures of the actual plumbing I proberly could give you better advice , but from what I can tell is you used in some of the drain tie in areas T instead of a TY , its fine to use a T tie in on the venting side of things ,but a big no no on actual water draining side of the system. basicly the flow of the water is interupted by using a T fitting where a TY fitting keeps a better flow pattern if you can follow what I am saying.
