It seems too me that once you get the paper work in order that there is the basic parts there too put a truck together.

After all it was the fella's project that seems too have enough parts just not enough steam to clean it up and assemble it.

I wouldn't count that trans out just yet.
They are tough buggers.
Pop the shifter in neutral and see if the input turns.pull the plug and see what comes out.
