Sweet job! The other funkiton of the intake valley baffle is to keep the lifters in the bores if a push rod fails. that keeps oil presure so you don"t loose the enitire motor. I was always leary to run one with my aluminum heads though. I kept it off after I pulled the cast iron ones.
