Yeah the dome light is staying on also. However, I just use the dome override button to turn it off. That sounds like what my problem is. Funny how they change things to supposedly make them easier, but it causes a bigger hassle to repair.
I'll look into replacing the latch assembly, and see if that solves the problem.
