This is such BULLSHOOT. How is this even remotely justice? Something I've personally expiernced and never understood. In this case the law protects the thief. At the very least the thief should be held liable for the damages and time lost. In the case I mentioned in post #5, the cops were only interested in the idenity theft part. I suggested to the detective that we let them load up and drive off the property and THEN arrest her, so their would be more charges, but he wasn't interrested in that.
