I just saw this. Are you still needing a set? I have 2 different sets, one of the upper arms looks like what you posted. I still need to remove them from the alternators but either set is $55 shipped and I will include any of the bolts that are with them. I might even have the head bolts but no promise on that

I can measure the top bracket on both of them if needed
