You will need the later model pig tail, aither from a junk yard, or the help section, I am not quite sure which way to wire that one up, and you'll also need some wire and crimp on connectors for the old regulater.
The new alt will bolt right in place of the old one, wire it all up, then when you get to the old reg, wire it up like this;
