Yes, you can swap the arms to your 70 but you also need to swap all of the steering to the later model one or you might have to use adapters for connecting the inner and outer tie rods. Not 100% sure if this is the can on C20's but I know it is on C10's. If the C20's are like the C10's, you can actually put the later model ball joints into the original arms, if they are in good shape. Then use the later spindles/steering.
