Here's a picture of the same mount on mine and it looks pretty much the same. There is a separate thread I started asking about this, and I'm relieved to see someone else's results. I tightened mine just enough until the center sleeve/bushing started to make contact with the washers on the upper and lower cushion. My kit came from GMC Pauls.
