Yeah no the compressors shouldn't be left on the truck, pretty much a tool to compress the springs so they don't go flying when your trying to remove them from the truck.

Here is the the glove box. When I re did my door panels they had inserts that were covered with material, under the cloth was a fake woodgrain that I re covered with my red houndstooth.
I'm guessing that this glovebox had a wood grain cover and the original owner painted on that?
Might have been from a GMC?
