EZ -OFF to remove the anodizing the 220 grit to remove the grain then 600,800,1000,1500 and 2000 grit and polished on my buffer. When sanding sand a different direction when changing grits so you can tell when the previous grit scratches are gone. 220 done dry the rest is done wet. The buffer is a Harbour Freight 6in cheap job using white rouge. Finish it off by hand with White Diamond aluminum polish.
