Seriously, Just call the cc Company and explain to them you just got the order and it was not what you wanted/ordered. You have tried to work things out with him, but he is not being responsive/telling you too bad that is what you ordered.

As soon as Kyle finds out that he no longer has your money and you still have the bumper, hes gonna want to hurry up and make things right. He is basically commiting fraud by telling you your gonna get one thing, sending another, then telling you to piss up a rope.

You are totally in the right and have been wronged and now he is trying to blow you off. I know you are wishing for the best and hoping that Kyle is gonna do the right thing, But if he was going to it would have been done by now.

At the very least tell him you want your $170 back for the grille gaurd that you didnt get and he can have the out of place looking tube he welded to the top of your bumper back if he pays the shipping.
