It's been a long time since my last post. So let's get you up to speed. I painted the inside of the door shells and the new door skins. Since I had easy access at that point I put Dynamat on the inside of skin and the lower part of the door shell. It made a big difference in the sound of the door when you strike it with your knuckle. I hope it helps when you shut the door as well. I purchased a Craig Hopkins "Door Skinning 101" DVD and followed the techniques he outlined. This worked out well and I would recommend the video if you are doing it for the first time. I have to do some more tweaking and final welding but I was happy with how things turned on both doors.
