A bit of poking around on Rock auto will find all the spring bolts and new front shackles. bolts an bushings.

That puts it at about 60 $$ plus shipping for all the bolts bushings and new shackles.

On second thought, I'd be better of with your suggestion and spend my time making parts for customers instead.
