I probably won't get these shipped tomorrow but the following day. I have a rush job I have to get done tomorrow, and it takes 3+ hours to get these brackets ready to ship. Hopefully that will work for you.
Regarding the Eldorado caliper cable bracket and lever. I did hear back on one set I inquired about. Now we just need to settle on a price, so I can get them.
