Larry,

I degreased everything then prepped the surface with 80 grit glass beed. Everything was then wiped down with wax and grease remover and sprayed with two light coats. They recommend 1mil of coverage. Just made sure the bottle was mixed good and poured directly into the gun with no thinning. It sprayed like **** but flowed out nice once it was on. 30 minute flash time between coats. I let it hang for 24 hours before I touched it. They said it is fully cured 5 days after spraying.

They also have a oven cured product but I didn't have access to an oven large enough so I went this route.
