I think Chevyland is on the Atlantic side in New England (Massachusetts). Pretty deceiving since that's a sunset over the water.
That's what I loved about Buxton, NC on Cape Hatteras. That is the outermost point where the lighthouse is. You are 70 miles out from the mainland there. You get the sunup and sunset over the open water. I wish I had pictures I took on the computer
