Southern parts, I totally understand, I would've never suggested it if all my funds went tied up in our first home purchase. Not far from the GA line actually, Live Oak Fl, right on the Suwannee river. Anyways thanks for responding, I will definitely keep a close eye on this post. How ironic tho that it's a Baltimore plant truck as is mine too, and I'm from the Baltimore area also. If anything changes financially for us, you'll bet first contact if it's still available, I'd buy it up and sell mine afterwards or sell mine to buy yours.
