The brackets on the truck look like my swing away. I believe it is a Valley brand. They were not factory, but could have been dealer installed.

Inside the bedwall, there are threaded brackets that the exterior brackets bolt to. Without those interior brackets and the tailgate latch, most of your value is gone - somewhere in the $30-$50 range. With everything complete, $150 range.

The aluminum wheel cover looks like something from JCWhittney.
