I have just changed my truck from a 250 to a 292, I have a few of these air cleaners and I believe they may be the same. The block on the 292 is taller, but the heads are both the same and the manifolds bolt to the head. I may be wrong on this and if I am someone will probably say so. If I'm right it will make your hunt a lot easier.
