I didn't like how flimsy the sheet metal was, so I cut a strip out of a scrap floor pan to tie the front of the bracket to the mounting place. It made the bracket much stronger and fits right between the two resivors.
Painted it with some rust reformer so it matches the rest of the sheet metal under the hood and bolted it back in. The resivor does not flop around anymore, and I can put fluids in it without worrying about the two plastic tabs being the only thing holding it on and then breaking off
